My name is Damon Perez, 58 yrs, and I am the President of North Texas Wandering Community Corporation, also known as NTWCC. I am a father of 6 kids, a husband of 22 yrs and was born in Fort Worth, schooled at St. Andrews Elementary School. Moved to West , Texas and graduated from West High School, then came back to Fort Worth and started working for American Airlines for 37 years and the last 22 years as a leading Crew Chief. I have managed a non profit association as Treasurer for 15 yrs with Eagle Mountain Soccer Association. I also managed a in home daycare as Financial Director for 20 years. I Manage a company called Piety Properties, LLC for renting houses. I am a handyman at heart and love fixing things that are broken. I am a powerful force in the workplace and use my positive attitude to encourage others to work hard and succeed. I have knowledge in working with computers, building or repairing homes and fixing cars.

This is where my passion came from to help others.

Now is time for me to help build homes for the homeless, low-income and Veterans using what God has planned for me.
